Cotton Hollow Kitchen, CT | Commence Fitness Personal Trainers Find Something Healthy at a Burger Restaurant | South Glastonbury, CT

Sometimes you just really need a burger. That was a situation we found ourselves in last week, so we went to Cotton Hollow kitchen in Glastonbury.



If you’re in a carnivorous, must eat a burger kind of a mood, follow these three steps to stay healthy.



1. Get a relatively, relatively being the keyword, low calorie appetizer before the main course. You can’t go wrong with something like Buffalo cauliflower.



2. Abide by the 2 to 3 drink per week rule if you wanna stay lean. We already had two drinks earlier in the week so we skipped them here, which kind of sucks because Cotton Hollow drinks look good!



3. Replace the fries with a veggie. Alexis got the chipotle lime slaw, and I got the Yuzu grilled asparagus.



Veggies instead of fries is crucial here, I know that sucks because fries are damn good, but they’re empty calories, at least burgers have protein.

The burgers at Cotton Hollow Kitchen were good, everything else was just ok.
